NSN: 2910-01-225-3966, PN: 3882820-1-1, Quantity 41 each , applicable to Aviation Ground Power Unit (AGPU). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This is a controlled source item to Honeywell International. The required delivery is 41 each 180 DACA. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Foreign Firms are remainded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. The approved source is Honeywell International.
