Description

This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ), and therefore, a formal solicitation will not be issued. Responses to this notice should be provided in writing by 01 December, 4:00 PM PDT. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The Government intends to procure the following: Sony Items as follows: 1 ea Model DVW709WSPAC2; 1 ea, BSC1PACK; 1 ea, BVFVC10W; 1 ea, DVWA500. Deliver f.o.b destination to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This procurement is not set-aside for small business participation. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Offeror's proposing to provide other than the requested items shall include specification data sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered items to meet the requirements stated above and in the specifications. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Sony Electronics Inc. The applicable NAICS code is 33422. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the time established for the receipt of proposals will be considered by the Government.
