Description

Solicitation:DAAB07-01-Q-A801 -- -Horn, Waveguide, P/O AN/TSQ-190, NSN:5985-01-411-3118, P/N 93-08202-001, QTY 1. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Raytheon E-Systems Inc. because the procurement is confined to the contractor's part number and must be compatible in form fit and function with existing equipment. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Government provides this data without assuming responsibility for its accuracy or for any conclusions or interpretations which may be drawn from this data. The data are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a basis for preparation of an offer. Only written requests for this solicitation will be accepted.
