- Required for use in a bomb scoring training environment with no ambient visible spectrum illumination and w/following characteristics: focal plane array constructed of Indium Antimonide; appropriate pre-filtering optimized for 3.0-5.0 micron band; min 320 horizontal/240 vertical array format; pitch not greater than 30 by 30 microns; sensor cooler w/integral closed cycle Stirling cryocooler for cooling to 77 degrees Kelvin or lower during operation of camera over ambient temp range specified as operating temp range; NEDT less than 30 Mk; internal temperature-controller flag; compatible w/Diversified Optical Products (DIOP) lens models 2240/25mm, 2298/50mm, 22241/100mm, 22234/75mm and 250mm incorporating DIOP style bayonet mount; analog video; standard NTSC video output w/1 volt peak-to-peak signal at 60Hz; external sync genlock capability; capable of operating at 120/240 VAC at 50/60Hz; max startup operating power dissipation of less than 45 watts at 23 degrees C; max normal operating power dissipation of less than 20 watts; local/remote control; local control cable at least 10 ft; functions controlled by RS-232 control port; environmental enclosure permitting operation over an ambient outside temperature of minus 20 degrees C to plus 60 degrees C; accessories including cables, lens dust cover, spare connectors, carrying case, manuals and control program software to support 9600 baud 8-N-1 via RS-232 interface; factory acceptance test certification; and standard commercial warranty. Complete specifications will be included in the RFP. Anticipate FFP IDIQ contract w/60 Mo ordering period. Min qty 1, max qty 24. Delivery FOB dest Corona, CA within 90 DARO.
