- US ARMY TACOM-ARDEC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Pocal Industries Inc. 100 Electric St. Scranton, Pa. 18509 to obtain expertise, data, cost estimates, loading and testing in order to optimize a crimp seal that would replace a RTV seal on the M1020, 120MM Ignition Cartridge.
