Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ solicitation number is N00033-01-R-9000. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. CLIN 0001 for Easylink-type services; $131,000.00. This is a Sole Source requirement for Easylink-type services: guaranteed simultaneous group delivery of national and international telex, fax, and e-mail services without duplication to all addresses. These services will cover the period of 01 Jan 00 through 30 Sep 01. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. As this is a Sole Source solicitation, evaluation factors do not apply. The Offeror must include a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with it's offer. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following additional FAR and DFARS Clauses are incorporated in the Solicitation: FAR 52.213-3 Notice to Supplier. DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration.
