Description

USDA Forest Service, Northern Province Acquisitions is issuing a negotiated conract to perform scheduled conifer measurements, understory biomass harvesting and bulk density sampling on Long Term Soil Productivity (LTSP) sites on five National Forests (Plumas, Sierra, Eldorado, Tahoe and Lassen)in central and northern California. The LTSP study is being conducted by the USDA Pacific Southwest Forest and Range Experiement Station in Redding, CA. The contract will provide for a base year plus four 1-year optional renewal periods with a guaranteed minimum. The estimated start date is March 1, 2001. Both technical and price proposlas will be required.
