Description

Intent to Award: to Carrick Communications, contract to serve as senior wargame participant, wargame organization developer, and game campaign plan developer for TRADOC from date of award to 30Sep01. Contractor is responsible for participating in Army Transformation Wargame, the supporting national Security Seminar and CinC's planning session, the Force and Sustainment Seminar, and associated meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars and in-progress reviews. Attend and provide realistic and futuristic military art approaches to wargame and applicable associated ramp-up events. Travel required. Contractor must possess a secret clearance.
