NSN: 1650-01-181-9278, PN: 41005476-101, Quantity: 100 each, applicable to the OH-58D Airframe Unit. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX., New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery schedule with First Article with First Article Testing is 50 each, 360 Days after Contract Award (DACA), and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 50 each, 240 DACA, and 50 per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to HR Textron, Inc. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
