Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. F31601-01-T-0034 is a request for quotations. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business and the applicable Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3537. The requirement is to purchase five each, 9000 lb lifting capacity automatic arm locks dual cylinders "BIG FOOT" base plates for stability auto safety shutoff (TPO-9 TPO-PA only) durable powdercoated paint finish lifting speed 45 sec motor rating-HP-220V. Quotes shall be for destination pricing. The following clauses/provisions are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (b)(12)&(23). Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system to be eligible to receive this award. All quotes are due no later than close of business, 4:00 p.m. eastern standard time, on 12 Dec 00. Quotes can be faxed to (910) 394-6279, contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of faxed quotes.
