Description

Provide home medical equipment services for beneficiaries of Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located in VISN 7 to include Augusta and Atlanta, Georgia; Charleston, South Carolina; and Birmingham, Montgomery and Tuskegee, Alabama, in accordance with the solicitation specifications and provisions. The contract period will be one year from the date of award, with four (4) renewable option years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 8112-19 with a size standard of $5.0 million. All offerors must submit technical and price proposals for evaluation. The technical evaluation criteria include past performance and business plan, quality assurance and personnel qualifications. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns for VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. This procurement is unrestricted for the remaining medical centers. Anticipated issue date is December 14, 2000. Requests for solicitation must be in writing. Requests will be accepted by FAX at (706) 731-7172.
