Description

USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the development of a data import capability for the Parametric Cost Estimating System (PACES) to allow the development of cost estimates with little or no manual data entry. Period of service will be no later than 30 September 2001. This proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price order with Tailsman Partners Ltd due to proprietary considerations. Request for DACA42-01-T-0012 will be issued on or about 15 December 2000 with a closing date of 29 December 2000.
