Description

Purpose of amendment: 1. To change paragraph 25, Delivery Requirements, page 43 of 58 to read . . .25.1 and 25.2. 2. Page 102 of the COCESS STOCK LIST (CSL) is hereby deleted in its entirety. 3. The words "INFORMATION ONLY" are hereby deleted and replaced with "PRE-PRICED ITEMS (NOT STOCKED)" on pages 103 through 289 of the CSL. 4. Clarification: Unit prices and extended prices are required on all line items on pages 1 through 289 (including pages 103 through 289 and excluding page 102) of the CSL.
