See Numbered Note 22. It is this Agency's intent to award this requirement as a sole source procurement to the Denver Regional Transportation District. This requirement is for 627 ECO passes (bus passes) for EPA Region 8 employess for use on Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD) buses.
