Description

EPA's Facilities Management and Services Division is soliciting proposals on a 100% Small Business Competitive Set Aside basis for Guard Services to staff the Waterside Mall Complex and the Fairchild Building in Washington, D.C. The subject requirement is for a one year base period and a six month option period. The anticipated award date is April 1, 2001. The requirement is for approximately 203,283 labor hours over the total contract. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about December 20, 2000 and proposals will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of the solicitation. This requirement is a follow-on to contract 68-W6-0019 and the NAICS Code is 561612. The solicitation and any amendments will be available via the Internet at www.epa.gov/oamhpod1, as well as the source list of prospective offerors. Prospective offerors should download the solicitation from the Internet site, as hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
