Description

The General Services Administration anticipates conducting a pre-solicitation conference on December 11, 2000 (10:00 a.m. -- 1:00 p.m.) in the Ground Floor Auditorium of the O'Neill Federal Building, 10 Causeway Street, Boston, MA, for properties interested in the Premier Lodging Program (PLP). The PLP contracts with multiple properties in high travel destinations to create guaranteed lodging room blocks at guaranteed rates for U.S. Government personnel on official business travel. It is anticipated that a request for proposals will be released in January, 2001, with proposals due February, 2001. There will be multiple awards made to firms in the downtown Boston central business district contained by the boundaries of the Fort Point Channel to the east, Boston Harbor to the north, the Charles River to the west, and Interstate 90 (to the intersection with Route 2A) to the south, and all of Cambridge, MA. Firms desiring to participate in this pre-solicitation conference please come to the O'Neill Federal Building (Ground Floor Auditorium) at 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2000.
