Description

Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary to renovate the Food Court located in Bldg. 170 at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, North Little Rock, AR. for the Cafeteria. Work consist of tearing down an existing masonry wall separating the Dining Room from the Serving Line and Building New Serving areas with Themes. The Themes are: Country Cooking Mainstreet Grill chicken Express International Bazaar 5th Avenue Deli All work shall be performed in accordance to the project plans and specifications. The dollar magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.00. NAICS Code 233320. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside. Small Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned and Women-Owned businesses are highly encouraged to participate.
