Description

This project requires the addition of some 1,620 square feet to the existing building at Glynco, GA. Included are a new switch room, offices, accessible toilet, new loading dock and entrance ramp. This project was originally listed at CBD on 6/2/2000 as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. On 8/8/2000, the agency revised it to be an 8A program negotiated constract, which has not been attainable. Therefore, FLETC has reverted to making this a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Sealed Bid, solicitation. The NAICS (a.k.a.,sic) code is 233320, with a size standard of $27.5 million.
