Description

USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires building maintenance and repair at ERDC-CERL. Period of service will be no later than 30 September 2001. This proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a labor hours order with the Physical Plant at the University of Illinois due to current established lease provisions. Request for DACW42-01-T-0012 will be issued on or about 15 December 2000 with a closing date of 27 December 2000.
