Critical Application Item. Alternate offerors must provide data as required by clauses (L54)52.217-9002 and (L58) 52.217-9G04 with their offer in order to be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. No EBB offers will be considered, hard copy solicitations must be requested and all clauses and certifications must be completed. Delivery cited at 90 daro, 384 each.
