- Description
- FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID. NSN 4330 01 477 7985 This item will replace NSN 4330 00 983 0998. The item will be manufactured IAW MIL-PRF-52308J. First Article Testing (FAT) is required. There are no qualified sources for which FAT will be waived. FAT will be performed by the Government. Conformance testing is also required and will be performed by the Government. The government reserves the right to make a dual award. This determination will be made upon receipt and evaluation of all acceptable proposals and final negotiations are complete. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Notes: 19 and 26.
