Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ document and contract incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 (Effective 25 Aug 00). This is a brand name requirement. The contractor must be Central Contract Registration (CCR) Registered. Prices quoted must be FOB Destination. The items requested are as follows: 0001-11 each -- Scientific Atlanta Frequency Agile TV Modulator, Model 9280 0002-11 each -- Scientific Atlanta Agile Modulator Stereo Audio BTSC, Model 6385 The units shall be shipped to 10CS/SCSVT, 2354 Fairchild Drive, Suite 2J17, USAF Academy, CO 80840-6218. Final delivery date requested is 19 JAN 2001.
