Description

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one year plus two option years, if exercised, requirements contract for Liners , for delivery to United States Penitentiary at Atlanta, GA. One Line Item, FAB1153, Liner, Poly White Ethylene Foam, Virgin Ethylene with No filler, I.A.W. V-M-96K, Para 3.3.12, Fire Retardant. Width: 5 inches (+/- 1/4 inch); thickness: 1/4 inch (+/- 1/32 inch), Weight: 1.6 to 2.4 Lbs per cu. ft. Color: White or Grey. Must be suitable for Quilting to Mattress Panels. Must meet or exceed minimum requirements of DOC-FF-472 Flammability Standards. The estimated annual quantity is 1,000,000 feet. The delivery order minimum is 2,000 feet and the maximum is 100,000 feet. Each delivery order has a 30 day requirement. A 30 feet sample of Liner is to be submitted to Brad Adams, Factory Manager at U.S. P. Atlanta, UNICOR, 601 McDonough Blvd, SE, Atlanta GA 30315, prior to time for receipt of offers.
