Description

National Communications System Scientific Engineering & Technical Assistance (NCS-SETA) Final RFP. The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to issue the final Request for Proposal (RFP) DCA100-00-R-4000 for the National Communications System Scientific Engineering & Technical Assistance (NCS-SETA) on or about 01 December 2000. Several significant revisions have been made to the final RFP. Please note in particular G-6 Award Fee; H-10 Non-Disclosure; L-8 Instructions for Submission of Proposals; and M-2 Evaluation of Proposals. The final RFP and other pertinent information will be available for download at the following website address: http://www.ditco.disa.mil/ under Contracting Opportunities -- Browse Opportunities -- Other Telecommunications. No RFP or amendments to the RFP will be mailed out; it is the Offerors responsibility to continuously check the Government's website for the RFP, RFP amendments and other information. Proposals under this RFP are due 10 January 2001. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held in the auditorium at DynCorp Information Systems LLC, 15000 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, VA on 15 December 2000 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 PM.
