Description

Grounds Maintenance, Recreation Facility Maintenance, Janitorial Service, and Pest Plant Control, Mill Creek Project, Walla Walla County, Walla Walla, Washington. Solicitation No. DACW68-01-B-0004; Issue date on or about Dec 19, 2000; Bid opening date on or about January 24, 2001. Work consists of furnishing all necessary equipment, labor and materials to perform grounds maintenance, recreational area maintenance, janitorial services, and pest plant control at the Mill Creek Flood Control Project, Walla Walla, Washington. Period of performance for this requirement is one base year with a Government option to extend services for up to four additional one-year periods. The resulting contract will be a firm, fixed-price type. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS classification for this acquisition is 56173. The small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual gross receipts. This synopsis is not an invitation for bids, but a notice that a solicitation will be issued. A site visit for interested potential bidders will be offered. Date and time of the site visit will be specified in the IFB package.
