Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to solicit on a full and open competitive basis, a fixed price-level of effort requirements type contract for a contractor to provide operation, maintenance, and emergency services for existing government-owned Security Engineering Machinery Disintegrator, Model 1424, located at Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS. The scope of work covers weekly operation for destruction of paper, Mylar, and magnetic tape products, quarterly maintenance in accordance with SEM service manual, and on-call emergency services within an eight hour response time. Contractor to quote fixed hourly labor rates for required services. Security clearance of SECRET, for facility and personnel, is required prior to award. Period of performance is to be from date of award, on or about 01 Jan 2001 through 30 Sep 2004.
