Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, travel, tools and equipment to conduct preventive and on-call maintenance to this VA Medical Center's, CT SCANNER HELICAT 2 SYSTEM as needed and on a monthly basis. The contract period shall commence January 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001, with two (2) option years to extend in the event the Government (VA) elects to exercise either option.
