Description

This is a solicitation to request for quotes to furnish all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, tools and equipment for performance of all operations required to conduct maintenance and inspections of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system including plumbing and all service calls for boiler, air conditioning unit, water heater, small air blenders and controls necessary to maintain the HVAC system in good efficient operating condition at the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Topeka, Kansas. This is a Commercial Item, Small Business set-aside. SIC Code 7349. The Small Business set-aside standard is $12 million. The contract will be for a base year and four options.
