Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a delivery order under Basic Order Agreement, N00019-00-G-0280 with Northrop Grumman for continuing (CY 01) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) E-2C Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and post production support sustaining effort for Egypt, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and France customers. Tasks may include ILS Management, Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) sustaining services, augmented support, and field support services, logistics support analysis, aircraft supply support, Design Change Notice (DCN) generation and related services and technical data. It includes post-production sustaining engineering. Northrop Grumman has thirty years experience on the E-2C program and has provided the logistics support for the aircraft and aircraft modifications. Northrop Grumman is the only source to have the proprietary databases and past experience to perform the work within schedule. See Note 22. NAVAIR Synopsis No. 20116 00.
