Description

CLIN: 0001 Engineering Services applicable to Fuel Flow Indicator on the C-5 Aircraft. CLIN: 0002 Data in Support of Line 0001 Engineering Services to define design and testing requirements and resolve technical issues during the design and production of the new fuel flow indicator. Contract Progress Status & Management Reports, Scientific and Technical Reports and Product Drawing and Associated Lists will be required. TO: Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems Marietta, GA. Written procedures will be used. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. No telephone requests. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies(or Services) required are available from one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered. See Note(s) 22,26
