Description

USDA, Rural Development, intends to competitively procure a contractor to provide National Fair Housing Tests on approximately 300-500 housing complexes nationwide. The contractor must have the capability to conduct simultaneous or concurrent housing tests in various parts of the nation and must also fully participate in any enforcement or legal proceedings initiated by the U.S. Government. The contract will be for a 18-month period. All firms interested in receiving a copy of the Solicitation MUST submit a request IN WRITING to the attention of Deborah Fletcher, Contract Specialist. Your request may be faxed to 202-692-0117. No verbal requests for the RFP will be accepted. The Solicitation will be released on or about January 18, 2001.
