SMITH, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 703-806-4598 (SITE CODE DADW35) The Military District of Washington Acquisition Center (MDWAC), Construction Branch, 9410 Jackson Loop, Ste 100, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Fairfax County Department of Public Works (FCDPW), 12000 Government Center Parkway, Suite 358, Fairfax, VA 22035, Phone No. 703-324-5028. The period of performance will be One (1) Year Base Period with nine (9) One (1) Year Option Periods. The sewer distribution system on Fort Belvoir is connected directly to FCDPW sewer mains located on the installation. FCDPW is licensed with the state of Virginia to operate in Fairfax County and will provide sewerage service for eleven (11) sites located on Fort Belvoir.
