Description

Provide Security Guard Services at Crystal Mall Buildings, #2, #3, #4, and Crystal Square #2 both located in Arlington, VA., for a period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive periods of one (1) year each.The proposal will be issued on or about December 15, 2000.The proposal will be due on or about January 15, 2001. This contract has a bid-bond and a performance bond requirement equal to 20% of the contract price.This procurement is totally set-aside for small business concerns.GSA is issuing this proposal electronically only.Interested parties may access the proposal at http://www.eps.gov.All responsible non-excluded sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
