Description

Furnish exclusive use flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of one light turbine helicopter (AS350B-2 or equal) in support of National Park Service fire suppression and natural resource programs at Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP, California. The Contractor must hold a current Federal Aviation Administration, Air Carrier or Operating Certificate and be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations. The contract period will be from date of award until May 31, 2002 with exclusive use period of June 1 to October 18. The Term of the contract is one year with a government unilateral option for four additional years. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is January 3, 2001.
