Description

An Indefinite-quanity contract for double occupancy rooms is contemplated at Grand Caymen Island from January 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001. In addition, contractor must be able to provide transportation to and from airport for participants. The Government may elect to award a single contract or to award multiple contracts for the same or similar services to two or more sources. The following are the proposed performance dates: 13 January 01 through 26 February 01; 12 May 01 through 25 June 01; 18 August 01 through 30 September 01. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractor must have Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) capabilities. Contractor must be able to acept IMPAC credit card as method of payment. Contractor must be able to pass veterinary inspection on rooms and food. Contract award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder that meet the above requirements. Point of contact for questions and solicitation request is Luz D.
