Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in Brant Lake, Town of Horicon and County of Warren, State of New York. The preferred area is as follows: ALONG NYS RTE 8 WITH AN EASTERLY LIMIT OF THE INTERSECTION OF RTE 8 AND NEW STREET, AND WITH THE WESTERLY LIMIT BEING THE WESTERLY LIMIT OF THE TOWN BOUNDARY, AND MARKET STREET. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 2,585 square feet of existing net interior space with about 29 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 2,585 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 46,200 square feet.
