Description

This procurement will consist of two (2) phases. Phase I: A detailed statement of work will be provided as a basis for step one proposals. Phase II: The most highly qualified offerors, not to exceed three (3) each, shall be selected to participate in Phase II. Those offerors selected to submit proposals for Phase II will receive the complete RFP document. Repair hangar roof and floor. Replace electrical wiring, lighting, heating system, water supply line, and exterior doors. Install fire protection systems. Upgrade hangar doors. Install new gas line and boilers.
