Description

Repair Windows/Lead-Based Paint, MFH _ Phase 3, Offutt AFB, NE. Work will consist of repainting the exterior of double-hung windows which currently contain lead-based paint. Work includes surface preparation, worker/occupant protection, and painting. Work is limited to the exterior portions of the sashes, sills, heads and jambs. The work will be performed on 266 units. The project number is 00-0049P3. The performance period is 300 days. The NAICS Code is 23322 and the SBA size standard is $5.0 million. The magnitude of this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. This action is being considered for full and open competition. Issue date for this solicitation is on or about 20 December 2000.
