Description

The purpose of this modification to the original CBD posting on 11/2/00 is to change the means by which this solicitation will be provided to prospective offerors. The entire solicitation will be posted for downloading on the Internet on or about December 7, 2000 at the FLETC Procurement Division HomePage, http://www.treas.gov/ fletc/pro/pro_home.htm. Any entity which has already sent a check to FLETC for the solicitation will receive it back via USPS.
