Description

Nomenclature: Compressor, NSN: 1430-01-075-3036, PN: 11566328, to be procured under a multiple year, requirements contract. The current known quantity for this item is 30 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for (4) four years for a total maximum quantity of 78 each. Orders will be one or more times as requirements materialize. Destination to be furnished. Delivery schedule 90 days after contract award. The closing date annotated in this synopsis is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date listed in this synopsis. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package which defines all engineering and quality requirements is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
