F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 25 each 288 DACA and 25 each per month thereafter, first article test report due 168 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 25 each 180 DACA and 25 each month thereafter unit completion. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
