Description

DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ 10-Q01-11 and is issued as a Request for Quotations. The NAICS code is 333120. The small business side standard is 750 employees. The proposed contract action is a small business set-aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: 52-212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Oct 2000); Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999); 52-212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Oct 2000) the evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of this provision are as follows: (1) technical capability to meet requirements stated herein, and (2) price. Engine: Diesel minimum 80 HP @ 3000 RPM; Turbo; water cooling system; spark arrester; Steering: Dual Controls, fully hydrostatic and counter rotating; Hydraulic System: Gear Pump: 10-30 Gallons per Minute; 2200 PSI Triple Filtration, 10 Microns; Machine Specs: 48 inch 50 inch Width; Tracked; Six-Way Blade; Minimum 22-inch Blade Lift/Drop; Minimum 25 Degree Blade Angle; Minimum 20 Degree Blade Tilt; Equipped with Three Shank Ripper; Gross Weight Minimum 9000 lbs with Hydraulic Winch. ROPS. Compliant with OSHA and industry standards. Technical Publications: Two complete sets of operating, service, repair and parts mnuals (English Language) shall be supplied with the item. The contractor is responsible for operations check to ensure successful operation.
