Description

This solicitation is issued as an anticipated purchase of a Brand Name or Equal acquisition under the guidelines of FAR Subpart 12. The VA North Texas Health Care System, Dallas facility, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX. 75216, here-in-after referred to as VANTHCS, requires the procurement of a Brand Name or Equal (LIEBERT) Environmental Control System, which includes (1) PRIMARY UNIT, Liebert Deluxe System/3, model UH376C Upflow chilled water with all standard features or equal; AND (1) SECONDARY /BACK UP UNIT, Liebert Deluxe System/3, model VH199AU Nominal 15-ton Upflow direct expansion system with all standard features or equal. This system is to include a site link to allow interfacing with Environmental Management Service to monitor the system, and to include factory start up for both systems. Industrial classification (NAICS) code is 333415 (size 750 million).
