Description

This is a modification to CBD Submission Number 502792. Solicitation SP0100-00-R-4136 has been amended as follows: 1) Multi-award provisions are being incorporated into subject solicitation. It is the Government's intention to make three awards under this solicitation. The total requirement has been increased to a minimum of 405,000 and a maximum of 540,000 each and will be split between three offers based upon a 50%, 30%, 20% split. One, 1-year term option is also included with a minimum quantity of 135,000 and a maximum of 270,000 each and will be split based upon the same three percentages. 2)Manufacturing Plans are being incorporated and their submission by offerors will be required as part of the offeror's technical proposal. These changes to the solicitation are being implemented via Amendment 0002 to the solicitation. Amendment 0002 is available only via the DLA Procurement Gateway at Http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home.
