Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to install, clean, raise and realign upright granite headstones at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, RR#2, Box 484, Annville, PA 17003. Contract covers base period January 1, 2001 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2001, with two 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2003. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code 561730 and a size standard of $5.0 are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ 786-11-01 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about December 1, 2000.
