Description

The VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ), 623-03-01, Readjustment Counseling Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Center, Tulsa OK for services provided in Pittsburg County, OK. The contract will be for one base year and four one-year options to renew. The base year period will be February 1, 2001 (or date of award) through January 31, 2002. NAICS Code is 62431. This procurement is for commercial services and is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 test program, simplified acquisition procedures apply, and conducted with a combination of FAR Parts 12 and 13. A written solicitation will be issued on or about 12/18/00 and are due back on or about 1/19/01. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Technical information will be required as part of the RFQ. Award will be made to the offeror determined to be the "best value" to the Government.
