Description

FISC-San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing a requirement for Commercial Service and Material in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The following is required: Service and Maintenance, delivery of consumable supplies, hazardous waste disposal and silver recovery processing on Government owned "Kodak" X-ray film processing equipment. (2) each Model M6B and (1) each Model 480RA. The equipment and service location is the Naval Hospital, MCAGCC, Twenty-Nine Palms, CA. This request is for a Base Year of (9) months, and (4) one year options. Contractors that can provide this type of service maintenance are requested to contact the Contract Specialist to obtain a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit a request by E-Mail or FAX. The solicitation period is December 1, 2000 through December 15, 2000. Contractors are required to provide Company Name, Cage Code, complete mailing address, POC, Phone/FAX number and a valid E-Mail address of the Government Sales Representative.
