Description

The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with GE Medical Systems under authority of FAR 6.302-5, A Firm Fixed Price Service Contract for the LDRR/OIR/CC Signa 1.5T Magnetic Resonance System and its accessories on or around March 30, 2001. Notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A Determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
