Description

Contractor to provide one part-time Dental Laboratory Technician and two full-time Dental Assistants to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana. Dental Laboratory Technician must have successfully completed a formal laboratory training program and have work experience. Dental Assistants must be certified in Dental Radiology and have a current certification in Basic Life Support by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. The issue date for this solicitation is December 15, 2000 and the bid opening date is January 17, 2001 at 2:00PM Central Standard Time. The bid opening will be held at the DVA Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112. All requests for bid documents must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
