Description

Renovate existing industrial shop. Work covers, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor and material required to provide renovation of interior system including walls, ceiling, doors, electrical system, mechanical system, and plumbing system. Also, work includes demolition of existing exterior walls, installation of exterior siding, new roof,the additional of brick veneer, installation of new exterior windows, and installation of new electrical padmount transformers. Also included is installation of new fire protection system, new parking areas and renovating the access drive. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1M and $5M. Construction period will be 365 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542 and the related Small Business Standard is $17M. THIS PROPOSE ACQUISITION IS UNRESTRICTED.
